When we cannot be together in person, I can still offer support to your family. Whether due to geographic location or a pandemic, virtual support is still possible.

• Two virtual prenatal sessions to get to know each other, discuss your expectations, birth plan, labour preparation, etc.

• Demonstrate and teach you and partner labour/birth positions and pain relief techniques

• Continuous support throughout pregnancy for questions

• Available during your labour and birth for support via video chat, phone, text

• Two virtual postpartum sessions to discuss your birth and any questions or concerns you may have
